Yellow Melon

The yellow melon or honeydew melon is just like an oval sun and tastes like it too with its warm, sweet flavour. A little crispier than a Galia or Cantaloupe, but no less juicy. This smooth variety has a long ripening time and is readily available in the winter months in particular.

Yellow Melon contains vitamins B, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid, as well as the trace mineral copper
