Stone fruits have a heart of gold, enveloped in delicious flesh. We take great care of our peach skins. Under that velvety skin you find a fragrant, sweet juicy flesh. There is a difference between peaches based on the colour of the flesh: white, yellow or red. Many white-fleshed species taste better than yellow ones, but they are more fragile so it is up to us to bring you the best ready-to-eat stonefruit.
